Refund Policy
Meetings/Conference:
Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting or first day of the conference. Cancellations received more than ten (10) days and less than four (4) weeks prior to the meeting or conference will be subject to a $50 refund fee. No refund will be made for cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to the meeting or conference. However, substitutions may be made at any time. Paid conference fees will be credited to your account and will be applied toward a future conference.
Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting or conference.
